Our daytime security patrols offer a highly visible deterrent against crime and disturbances—helping to keep your property safer, more welcoming, and profitable.
The Watchful package includes:
• Two security patrols of your property per day (M-F).
• Up to 3 designated "hot spots" that are checked every time the property is patrolled.
• Real-time incident reports, delivered right to your email inbox.
• On-call patrol response in addition to scheduled patrols (up to 2 per week included, per response fee applies to additional requests).
Starting at $997 per month
Requires a minimum six-month contract.
Currently offered only in the city of San Luis Obispo.
This service is limited to 12 locations to ensure a fast and attentive response.

The "Guarded" Package
Ideal for shopping centers and medium-sized, multi-tenant commercial properties, or any site with moderate to extensive security issues. If you are having unwanted overnight trespassing on a nightly basis, this is the package for you.
The Guarded package includes:

- Up to 5 designated "hot spots" that are checked every time the property is patrolled.
- Real-time incident reports, delivered right to your email inbox.
- Monthly report summaries.
- Quarterly exterior lighting inspections
Starting at $1,197 per month
Requires a minimum six-month contract.
The "Protected" Package
This package is excellent for industrial or large commercial properties, particularly with 24/7 operations, or properties with a higher than normal risk profile.
The Protected package includes:
- Four security patrols of your property per night.
- Up to 8 designated "hot spots" that are checked every time the property is patrolled.
- Real-time incident reports, delivered right to your email inbox.
- Monthly report summaries.
- Quarterly exterior lighting inspections.
- Annual Security Assessments.
- Preferred scheduling should you need extra patrols due to unplanned circumstances. (Fire Watch, Building Construction, or just extra patrol for peace of mind)
